Enneagram for Leadership Development. Register here.

Most approaches to leadership development focus primarily on competencies or capabilities, overlooking inner drives and motivations. When leaders discover not only what they are doing but also why they are doing it, they begin to see how these underlying assumptions impact their leadership effectiveness.

How the Enneagram helps?

Our personality dictates how we see the world and ourselves. Our particular ways of seeing and relating to the world may act like a filter to reality – we only see what we want to see, and in turn distort what is really there. As leaders we manage through these lens, tending to reinforce and favour personality types and behaviours that reflect our own. We are suspicious of those whose styles and approaches are different from ours.

The Enneagram reveals our patterns of thinking, emotions and behaviours. It helps us to understand what drives and motivates us.
