Despite increasing investments in employee engagement surveys, programs and interventions, less than one third of workers around the globe elicit high levels of commitment and discretionary effort.

Since engaged employees are more productive and innovative, this low level of employee engagement is troubling. But who in the organization is responsible for creating an engaging culture? Is it senior executives, or human resources professionals, or front-line supervisors, or employees? The short answer is: everyone.

Join these briefings to hear Rebecca Ray, Ph.D., Human Capital Practice Lead for The Conference Board draw upon three years of research from The DNA of Engagement series of reports from The Engagement InstituteTM to highlight how engaging cultures and leaders are forged, and what individual employees need to know to be a part of the solution. Key learning points will include:

  • Eight critical elements that highly engaging cultures have in common
  • Twelve behaviors that highly engaging leaders consistently do effectively
  • Six steps that employees can take to engage at work

Participants will also receive three diagnostic tools to help create a holistic approach to leveraging high levels of engagement to drive business performance, and to chart the action plan to move the organization, leaders and employees from current to future states of engagement.

Time for Q&A is included in the program and you’ll also have the opportunity to network with peers before and after the session.

Registration for these briefings is complimentary for executives of member companies of The Conference Board in Asia. Registration fees apply for non-members of The Conference Board in Asia.
